Our daily activities are characterised by the idea of giving preference to regional products and services. We prefer to work with companies from the area around Hittisau, from the Bregenzerwald and from Vorarlberg. This is reflected in our cuisine, in the craftsmanship on board and in selected events. Guests and locals alike appreciate coming into contact with regional specialities in the hotel.
